"X"treme Brawl 9. We were pleased with the fact the
security were able to remove the situation within
under 30seconds however would like to apologise to
anyone that was affected by the incident and would
like to assure you that we have now taken further
measures to ensure that nothing like this should

Denniston Sutherland becomes Champ |

Denniston Sutherland recently made the claim that he
was the best Light Heavy Weight in the UK and on
Saturday night he backed his talk by beating Ryan
Robinson By GnP in round 2 to become the new FX3
Light Heavy Weight Champion. Denniston dominated the
first round and then escaped an arm bar attempt to
end up in mount and forcing Ryan to tap to strikes

Pete Mercer wins by Knock Out |
|
Pete Mercer finally got his shot at the FX3 UK-1
Heavy Weigh Title on Saturday and he didn't waste
the opportunity. At the end of round one he knocked
Will Riva to the canvas and just made the standing 8
count. However the end was near and Pete forced the
action in round two scoring a Knock Out win earning
himself the UK-1 Title. |

McSweeney is the H/W Champion |
|
James "The Hammer" McSweeney had huge support when
he entered the cage on Saturday Night. He faced off
against Chris Cooper for the Vacant Heavy Weight
Title. Many thought this would be a stand up war
however James forced the referee to stop the fight
due to strikes in round one and took the Heavy
Weight Championship. |

Radcliffe looses via submission |
|
Previously unbeaten Tim Radcliffe, a BJJ Brown Belt
under Ricardo De silva was a definite favourite
against Holland's Danny Ver Bergen at FX3 "X"treme
Brawl 9. However Bergen looked on fire as he
appeared to win the stand-up and then on the ground
secured an amazing arm bar which forced Radcliffe to
tap in round one and gaining the first loss on his
record. |

Manheof was Special Guest at FX3 |
|
Melvin Manheof was the special guest at FX3 "X"treme
Brawl 9 on Saturday 13th Sep. He was in the corner
of his team mates Danny Ver Bergen, Jason Jones and
Saunder Duyvis who all went 03:00:00 on Saturday.
Melvin is due for a big fight in Japan next week and
kindly took the time out to show his support towards
FX3 "X"treme Brawl. |

Boxer - Hearn wins by Submission |
|
One of the fights of the night was between Steve
Dossett and Jamie Hearn. Both guys have background
in stand up, Dossett a Kick Boxer and Hearn and ex
Pro Boxer. Both fighters traded well but it was
Hearn who first attempted a standing
Guillotine and then forced Dossett to tap via Rear
naked Choke. |

Popek's first defeat to GNP |
|
Popek Rak made his FX3 debut on Saturday 13th
September against 117K Dutch K1 Star Saunder Duyvis.
Popek rushed his opponent in the opening seconds to
end up on his back but successfully reversed to gain
mount and unleash some heavy GnP. Duyvis weathered
the storm and managed to reversed himself to force a
TKO due to strikes from Mount late in Round 1 |

Lloyd Clarkson Pulls out of FX3 |
|
Lloyd Clarkson was set to make his 3rd appearance at
FX3 this Saturday against Dutchman Jason Jones.
Jones is the training partner of Melvin Manheof and
this was a massive step up for Clarkson.
Unfortunately Lloyd failed to show up for the
official weigh in on Friday and then pulled out of
the match up due to illness. Matinas Klicus from
Lithuania has stepped in as a late replacement.
